1. Using BotFusion

BotFusion is provided to help you deploy chatbots on your websites and products. You are responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you design, and the way assistants are presented to end‑users.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BotFusion to break the law, harm others, or misrepresent automated content as human where that would be misleading or prohibited.

• No use for spam, fraud, or abusive behaviour.
• No storing or processing of highly sensitive personal data unless your policies and infrastructure support it.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or attack the underlying systems.

3. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and stable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotFusion is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service over a recent period.
